Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order 5–7 days in advance to ensure availability of your preferred bouquet style.
Q: How can I receive my flowers?
A: We offer delivery across the Bay Area, with fees based on distance. You can also pick up your order in Milpitas 95035 ( near Great Mall). Once you place your order, we will contact you with the exact pickup address. Since our studio is based in a residential garage, we do not publish the pickup address publicly.
🌟All bouquets are made right before pickup or delivery, so that we don’t waste the flowers’ freshness and vase life by preparing too early. We always do our best to be on time for your order.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our florist's working hours are 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Delivery and pickup are available between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
If you need an extended time slot, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of $10 per hour will apply as overtime.
Q: Do you offer discounts? Can I negotiate the price?
A: Our philosophy is that the price of our bouquets reflects aesthetics, flower quality, packaging, and design. If you have a budget in mind, we recommend our Florakase (Blind Box Bouquet), where we design based on your chosen size and color palette.

Q: Will I receive the exact same bouquet as shown in the photos?
A: We do our best to replicate the design, packaging, and flowers shown. However, since flowers are seasonal and subject to supply, some substitutions may be necessary. If a substitution could significantly affect the look of your bouquet, we will contact you first to confirm.
(Some flowers may be spray-painted or color-tinted as part of the design.)
Q: Do you offer after-sales service?
A: Since flowers are highly perishable, we cannot guarantee their lifespan. However, we always ensure proper hydration and freshness before delivery. Once you receive your bouquet, please keep it in a cool place — ideally at an air-conditioned temperature — to extend its vase life.
Whenever possible, we will send you a photo confirmation before delivery/pickup. If you need any adjustments after the photo is sent, a $25 rearrangement fee applies.
